He helped me decide what prep was best for me giving me several options. Post procedure follow-up was timely and thorough. Had an amazing phone visit with Dr. Saadi today. I have had gastroparesis for over 20 years and was at my wits end. Dr. Saadi was knowledgeable and compassionate to me needs. I felt heard and safe with my issues. He explained everything that was going to happen and made my concerns less heavy and more manageable 🙏❤️ see you soon Dr. Saadi 🙏🙏🙏Thank you, it's been awhile since I left a specialist visit without anxiety 💯Posted on T AndersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The day of my original first time visit with Mohammed Saadi, MD he was on call at the hospital and would be running late. Totally understandable and the staff made the announcement and offered to reschedule everyone. I decided to stay and had the visit with him but my son was in tow due to an unexpected situation but he was understanding, Thereafter, I saw my chart notes and found several errors that I never reported nor was I asked about. I made several calls to them to have them fixed and even tried to get in contact with the office manager but told she didn’t have an email. I needed these gross errors fixed because the impact they had with other MD’s I was seeing and planned surgical visits. One error was fixed but the biggest one remained unfixed which made zero sense due to me reporting them at the same time. When I made my final call it was related to me getting a notice about a visit that I did not have and the person at the office told me what she saw and I explained that doesn’t matter and I could prove it to her someone documented that I was seen but I wasn’t. Let’s just say my concern was never addressed about the visit and they finally corrected the medical record error after 5 calls. The MD got a bit upset and decided that he couldn’t care for me but I couldn’t care less because all I needed was for my medical documentation to be what I reported not what he thought was right. All he had to do was ask versus making assumptions because patient care and bedside manner matters. Overall, he could have been a solid MD but office etiquette was absent.Posted on Andriana HernandezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just have to say Dr. Saadi is one of the most comfortable doctors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He puts all your concerns at ease. He’s very informative and funny during the initial consultation and his staff is so adorable! They loved me and made me feel so welcomed upon my first visit being nervous. He did a great job picking his girls at the front desk. I had a colonoscopy with him and again he laughed me to sleep 😂 if I could do all my GI work with him, he’s my first pick always! Yay Dr. Saadi and the girls!Posted on iden NaamiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m speaking for on behalf of asma naami, she had a endoscopy and colonoscopy surgery that went very well. she feels a lot better after the surgery took place and she highly recommends this doctor. she was treated very well from the second she came in and the second she left. she wanted to acknowledge the nurses and doctors the took care of her through the way. they explained the surgery very well and were very nice and took good care of her. they wasted no time and made asma feel safe during the surgery. The hospital was very clean and seemed like a space space. even after explaining everything to me before the surgery, Dr mohamed al saadi explained in detail that the surgery went well and he made me feel comfortable and have no worries. i haven’t had a doctor that has taken care of me like this and i would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. the people who were helping him prep for the surgery were very informative and kept explaining everything to me and how everything works and wee very talkative and fun to be around. i can’t thank the doctor enough for what he has done for me and if i ever have problems i will definitely go again.Posted on beth sharpeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Regardless of how great this doctor might be, he has an office staff that creates barriers for patients to be seen. This is what happened to me on Monday. I called for a ROUTINE colonoscopy. Never fun, but hey... it's been ten years. Dr. Saddi's office staff REFUSED to make an appointment for me even with a REFERRAL from my primary care doctor for a SIMPLE routine colonoscopy! Like I said, it's been years... the person on the phone claimed it was a 'SECOND OPINION"?????????? And said Dr. Saddi doesn't LIKE to do second opinions???? What? Then she began a story about how because I had a colonoscopy ten years ago at Scripps, this made it a second opinion. How is it possible a woman who "works" in a GI office not know this is a procedure that is recommended every ten years for patients? And yes, people change insurance, (several times since then!) I don't have access to Scripps any longer, in fact.... they don't even OFFER MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS any longer. This is not a second opinion, but there was no arguing with her. Aside from that, I have a referral, and my primary care team CALLED them. It is also worth noting that she even PROMISED she would call me back in few hours " BY NOON" on Monday, after she had "researched" it. As you might have guessed, she didn't call, just brushed me off. CRICKETS FROM THE DOCTORS OFFICE??? UNPROFESSIONAL. I've selected another doctor because there are GI doctors on every corner. Oh, and please don't bother with your CANNED AND INSINCERE response: "I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations". I'm also going to file a grievance about this experience with Sharp.Posted on Nolan :oTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had my colonoscopy with Dr Saadi in April. To say I was scared of having my 1st colonoscopy is an understatement! I was terrified! I have a family history of colon cancer so when I turned 45 I knew I needed to do my due-diligence and have a colonoscopy. My husband & I were referred to Dr. Saadi and his office through our primary doctor. From the 1st consultation, he and his staff were super patient and kind. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. The prep was annoying, but definitely do-able. The colonoscopy was a breeze. I didn't even know they started or finished. I fell asleep and woke up and it was done. No pain, no side effects later, nothing. I promise, even if you're scared, it is easy. I am the most scary-cat person you will ever meet and it was nothing. So please get your colonoscopy and if there is anything of concern, it will be caught early and could literally save your life. Thank you Dr. Saadi for being such a caring doctor and really great person! I trust you completely and wouldn't want anyone else doing my colonoscopies! You are the BEST!Posted on Kimberly MaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Saadi is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring.
